Der Rotor ist aus Edelstahl AISI 304 gefertigt und mit einer hartverchromten Oberfl\u00e4che \u00fcberzogen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Betriebs kriecht der Rotor auf der Gummioberfl\u00e4che des Stators, w\u00e4hrend er durch das gepumpte Wasser geschmiert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Durchflussmenge ist direkt proportional zur Drehzahl, w\u00e4hrend der zugef\u00fchrte Druck nahezu konstant bleibt. Auf diese Weise bleibt die gef\u00f6rderte F\u00f6rderh\u00f6he im Gegensatz zu einer Kreiselpumpe auch bei niedrigen Drehzahlen hoch, wodurch das Wasser auch bei sehr geringer verf\u00fcgbarer Leistung oder geringer Einstrahlung an der Oberfl\u00e4che bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus zeichnen sich Schraubenrotorpumpen durch deutlich h\u00f6here hydraulische Wirkungsgrade als Kreiselpumpen mit gleichem F\u00f6rderstrom aus.
